The timeline for installation depends on the size of the project, but we aim for efficiency without compromising quality. A typical 12 panel solar PV and battery storage system can be installed within 1-2 days.
Battery storage solutions can significantly reduce your energy bills in the long run and offer reliable backup power. With the rising electricity costs it is becoming far more attractive to store and use your own power rather than sell it back to the national grid.
We offer regular maintenance checks, cleaning, and troubleshooting services to keep your system running smoothly. For Solar PV systems our maintenance packages start at £150 and for air & ground source heat pumps our standard service cost is £200
No, we don’t offer finance. We recommend checking comparison sites to get a good finance deal.
We are currently not offering the ECO 4 scheme. Our USP is the fact that you can have a bespoke system installed tailored around your needs. The Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant gives you £7,500 towards an installation and you can use finance to cover the rest of the costs if you require.
Most people assume that they will need a back up heater for the hot water but this isn’t necessarily the case. A standard air source heat pump can heat hot water to 55 degrees independently and a high temperature air source heat pump can heat water to 60 degrees. This means there is little requirement for an immersion back up.
Most energy companies will pay you for selling electricity back to the national grid.
Most people think a storage battery is only useful to store the excess solar energy you generate. This isn’t the case and one of the best ways to save money using a battery is to store cheap electricity overnight in your battery for use in the day (when your rates will be higher). This method is known as ‘peak shifting’ and an average 10kwh battery can save you over £700 a year using this method alone.
